In an effort to stay at the cutting edge of placement technology, EMS firm Vexos and Panasonic have entered into a technology evolution agreement, ensuring Vexos remains one of the leading providers of SMT placement and manufacturing capabilities worldwide. This latest investment in capital equipment compliments existing Panasonic pick-and-place lines consisting of CM series machines.
The new machines are customized to provide advanced manufacturing capabilities and increased output. The new lines include Panasonic CM602 series placement machines and PanaCIM Enterprise Edition software. The CM602 is a versatile platform that delivers unsurpassed productivity, high quality, efficient changeovers, and superior flexibility. Combine that with PanaCIM software and Vexos has the capability to exceed expectations of the demanding electronic manufacturing services market.
