Accelerated Assemblies Boosts Capabilities with ACE Soldering Technologies

Accelerated Assemblies Inc. has strengthened its capabilities by investing in a KISS-102IL in-line selective soldering system from ACE Production Technologies Inc.

Accelerated Assemblies is a full service EMS provider offering prototype and medium volume printed circuit board assemblies. Its services offered include prototype assemblies, turnkey prototype assemblies, production assemblies, and full turnkey production assemblies for different markets including municipal vehicle, bio medical equipment, aerospace, data communication and industrial control.

The KISS-102IL selective soldering system has been installed at Accelerated Assemblies' facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, and is the first selective soldering machine Accelerated Assemblies has ordered from ACE Production Technologies.

"The KISS-102IL is a fully-configured SMEMA compatible selective soldering platform equipped with 'Super Quick' processing speeds and the unique dual solder nozzle systems enabling the use of multiple nozzle shapes within the same program," said Alan Cable President of ACE Production Technologies.
