Nordson ASYMTEK Takes Coating & Jetting to a Whole New Level
October 27, 2015 | Nordson ASYMTEKEstimated reading time: 2 minutes
Nordson ASYMTEK, a Nordson company, a global leader in dispensing, jetting, and coating equipment and technologies, is launching new conformal coating, fluid dispensing, and jetting systems at Productronica, Stand A2.461. These systems deliver precision, flexibility, reliability, easy cleaning and operation with high-throughput and low cost of ownership. ASYMTEK's advanced technology, valve capabilities, proven equipment longevity, process controls, and total system solutions elevate fluid dispensing to a whole new level.
New for Productronica:
ReadiSet Jet Cartridges on Latest Generation Jetting Systems
Nordson ASYMTEK's new 2-piece ReadiSetJet Cartridge (patent pending) is quickly and easily removed, cleaned, inspected, and re-installed without tools, maximizing equipment utilization and up-time. It's an integrated part of ASYMTEK's latest generation in industry-leading jetting systems, like the NexJet® NJ-8 System, which improve and simplify the dispensing process for fast-paced production environments. With these systems it's as easy as ready, set, and jet.
State-of-the-Art Conformal Coating
The Select Coat SL-940 is a premier conformal coating system for both precision and spray coating with new features and process controls that add flexibility. On display: Dual-simultaneous applicators with programmable pitch (60-200mm). A new two-segment conveyor that handles board lengths of 340mm and can be configured pre or post load. Plus, new coating inspection and UV-curing systems. Visitors can try hands-on offline programming of the latest Easy Coat software.
Technology Demonstrations
New dispensing capabilities will be on display for two-component fluids, hot-melt adhesives, and other materials that are redefining how automated fluid dispensing works.
"Throughout its 30 year history Nordson ASYMTEK has been known for its innovations," said Roberta Foster-Smith, global marketing communications manager, Nordson ASYMTEK, "but at this Productronica there are so many new dispensing and coating products, features, and applications that it's been a challenge just deciding which ones to highlight, and some of the products aren't even going to be unveiled until the show."
More exciting news will be announced at Productronica, being held in Munich, Germany, from November 10-13, 2015. Visit stand A2.461 to find out more.
