Incap Appoints Otto Pukk Managing Director in Estonia

Otto Pukk (M.Sc. B.E) has been appointed as Managing Director of Incap’s operations in Estonia as from 17 November 2015.
During his career, Otto served in demanding positions in various technology companies, thereby gaining comprehensive experience in managing and leading operations in international companies. Most recently he has acted as CEO of Eesti Energia Technology Industries (Enefit). Before that he has held different managerial positions in the ETAL Group (ElektronikGruppen BK AB) both in Baltic countries, in Finland and in Asia.
Otto Pukk is also appointed to the Management Team of Incap Group. The Management Team now consists of Ville Vuori (CEO of the Group), Murthy Munipalli (Director, Operations in India) and Otto Pukk (Director of Operations in Estonia). The Group’s factories in Estonia and India are operating as independent profit centers, which are responsible besides the actual order-delivery process also for customer relations, quotations and pricing.
