Uni-Pixel, Inc. today announced that it commenced a public offering of units, each unit consisting of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase one share of common stock. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
The offering will be conducted on a "best efforts" basis, with Roth Capital Partners, LLC serving as the lead placement agent and Ladenburg Thalman serving as co-placement agent.
