Qualitel recently completed the addition of 33,000sqft within its complex, increasing its square foot size to over 70,000sqft.
Based in Everett, Washington, Qualitel provides a full range of contract electronics manufacturing services with the focus on high-mix, high-reliability product applications. The company manufactures electronics with complex SMT, BGA, and fine-pitch technology for the aerospace, medical, industrial, and military with quality registrations for ISO9001, ISO13485 Medical, and AS9100 Aerospace. Qualitel's facility is also FDA and ITAR Registered.

Typically measuring a few micrometers in diameter and growing several millimeters in length, they form through an electrochemical process influenced by environmental factors such as temperature variations, mechanical or compressive stress, and the aging of solder alloys.
