DEN-ON to Showcase Rework Product Line at NEPCON Japan

DEN-ON Instruments Co. Ltd is pleased to announce that it will exhibit in East Hall E1-1 at NEPCON Japan, scheduled to take place January 13-15, 2016 at the Tokyo Big Site in Japan. DEN-ON will showcase its rework product line driven by the latest advances in PCB and component miniaturization technologies.
In today’s global electronic market we see miniaturization in the form of smartphones, wearable technology, slim line laptops, etc. All of these products contain components that are either comprised of flexible circuitry design, POP or MSMDs that are smaller than the naked eye can see.
At NEPCON Japan, DEN-ON will show the latest advancements to its RD-500V series rework station. The system is continually upgraded to meet the latest electronics market needs and fast progress of technology.
The RD-500V that will be presented at the show features all of the latest enhancements including the new multiple-step drives for profiling and process creation.
About DEN-ON Instruments Co. Ltd
The company was first founded under the name of DEN-ON Corporation on September 19, 1963. It was established with the purpose of research, development and design of sound systems for studios and music halls. After that, it became involved in the broader area of sound and music control boards and other similar systems. In 1982, a significant portion of the company became involved in the soldering and desoldering industry and the company then changed its name to DEN-ON INSTRUMENTS to more appropriately match the new direction of the company. It was at this point that DIC Trading was established as a separate company to handle all the sales, marketing and promotion activities of the company.
