Inventec Leads Global Server ODM/OEM

Inventec has become the world's largest server ODM/OEM with a global market share of about 30%, Digitimes cited a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report. Inventec counts Hewlett-Packard, Dell and Lenovo as clients.
According to the report, Inventec has secured orders with shipments scheduled through 2016. This is expected to boost its revenue proportion for servers to 30% in 2015, up from 25% last year. The report added that its server business will account for 35% of its overall business in 2016.
