Jabil Announces Annual Stockholder Meeting

Jabil Circuit Inc.'s Annual Stockholder Meeting will be held on January 21, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) at the Renaissance Vinoy Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Florida.
At the meeting, Jabil stockholders will vote on the election of nine nominees to its board of directors, the ratification of the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as its independent registered certified public accounting firm, the approval on an advisory basis of Jabil's executive compensation, the re-approval of the material terms of the performance goals under the Jabil Circuit Inc. 2011 Stock Award and Incentive Plan, the re-approval of the material terms of the performance goals under the Jabil Circuit Inc. Short-Term Incentive Plan, and such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
This meeting will include a management presentation and question-and-answer session and will be webcast live on the Internet at www.jabil.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. (ET). An archived webcast of this meeting will be available at www.jabil.com/investors/ from January 21, 2016 at approximately 1:30 p.m. (ET).
