Lite-On Technology Posts Consolidated Sales of NT$19B for December

Lite-On Technology has reported December consolidated revenue of NT$19.03 billion ($570.8 million), up 1% month-on-month, but down by 7% year-on-year. Lite-On's consolidated revenue for 2015 reached NT$216.8 billion ($6.5 billion).
The Optoelectronics business segment contributed a 25% share of Lite-On's overall revenue with a revenue growth of 4% MoM. Thanks to the increased demands, LED vehicle lighting posted a revenue growth of over 30% YoY, driving up sales for the company's overall LED components and Lighting business. Meanwhile, camera modules also posted consecutive revenue growths, resulting from increased delivery of high-end products.
The IT business segment accounted for 51% of Lite-On's total sales, with a revenue growth of 2% MoM. The Storage business, which accounted for 15% of the company's total revenue, posted a revenue growth of 4% MoM.
