Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc. (IMI), one of the world’s leading providers of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and power semiconductor assembly and test services, will be exhibiting at the 45th Internepcon Japan trade show from January 13 to 15, 2016, at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center (Tokyo Big Sight) in Japan.
IMI’s booth will be located at E10-38 in the EMS/Contract Manufacturing Zone at the East Hall.
Internepcon is one of the major trade shows in the world of electronics manufacturing and surface mount technology.
IMI will be showcasing its power modules.
Arthur Tan, IMI President and CEO, said, “The power modules have a significant future for the electronics world. They will account for 30 percent of the total power of semiconductor market by 2019, fueled by the trend in the disruptive technology of what drives a motor vehicle, what drives the next generation power plant, what drives the next medical equipment, and so on.”
The company’s expertise for the high-value market segments of automotive, industrial, and medical electronics will be also highlighted in the exhibit. These include LED projects as well as automotive plastics and electronics capabilities.
IMI continues to expand business with Japanese original electronics manufacturers and will showcase its comprehensive design-to-manufacturing solutions, covering design and development engineering, advanced manufacturing engineering, test and system development, and volume manufacturing.
“We strengthen our relationships with Japanese original electronics makers. With our global footprint and extensive technical capabilities, we will be able to deliver their outsourcing requirements for both regional and global markets,” Tan said.
