Circuitronics Offers Wide Range of Action Services
January 13, 2016 | CircuitronicsEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Circuitronics, a leading supplier of customized manufacturing solutions for the energy, industrial, communications and mil-aero markets announces the offering of Action Services. The company has been providing quick-turn prototype services for more than 15 years.
Circuitronics believes that prototyping services must be separate from production services because they use very different processes. Circuitronics’ Action Services specialize in quick-turn assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The dedicated team achieves reliable, high quality on-time delivery.
Circuitronics’ Action Services assist customers by providing leading-edge technology to guarantee that time-to-market demands will be met. Circuitronics provides assemblies of complex designs in many segments such as audio, video, semiconductors, telecommunications, medical, RF, defense and security. Specializing in placing fine-pitch devices such as CSPs, 0201s, PoP, BGAs, 01005s, Circuitronics also has extensive experience with flex circuits, rigid flex circuits, wafers, WLCSP, 0301s, flip chips, micro BGAs, BGAs, QFPs, QFNs, SOPs, XDFNs, VGFNs, leadless packages (LLP), RoHs, and leaded-processes.
Quick-turn prototype quotes are available within 24 hours if consigned. Additionally, Circuitronics provides turnkey prototype quotes within two days, or faster if needed. Circuitronics’ Action Services team understands time-to-market issues and the need for flexibility when running an assembly. Changes are anticipated and Circuitronics responds quickly to those changes, whether they be rev changes or changing a device at the last minute. Most quick-turn prototypes that Circuitronics provides are 1, 3, 5 and 7 days.
Whether investing in new production tools, such as state-of-the-art surface mount technology, implementing advanced business automation software, or deploying cutting-edge communication and collaboration tools, Circuitronics is dedicated to providing its customers and partners with advanced solutions that they can count on.
