Metcal to Host the First Workshop of the 2016 Cutting Edge Rework Tour

Metcal today announced that it will hold the first workshop of the 2016 Cutting Edge Rework Tour on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place in Melbourne, FL. The workshop will address the latest techniques for contactless site cleaning and rework as well as repair of a variety of applications.
The workshop will be held from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and will be preceded by a hosted breakfast at 8:30 a.m. It will include multimedia presentations, hands-on demonstrations and instruction, and will conclude with a Q&A session. Applications and topics include rework approaches for PoP, BGA, 0201 and LED. The afternoon is open for additional rework application questions, and attendees are welcome to bring in boards.
Ed Zamborsky, Regional Sales Manager, will conduct the workshop. The workshop is recommended for manufacturing engineers, production managers, SMT process engineers, repair managers and technicians. Attendees are urged to click here and register early because the first 20 to register will be admitted for free.
