Scanfil Chosen as One of Sweden's Best Places to Work For
February 22, 2016 | ScanfilEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Each year Jobtip, a Swedish recruiting and career development firm, chooses the 100 most exciting companies in Sweden to work for. In this process thousands of companies are evaluated based on a number of criteria such as for example career and development opportunities, employee engagement, international reach etc. This year Scanfil has been selected as one of these companies.
The selection committee mentions the following about Scanfil:
“Scanfil has a global footprint with factories in Europe, Asia and USA with many interesting career opportunities for both short-term projects and longer assignments. The company excels in competence development with support from Scanfil Global Training and works smart with on-site training, Skype and e-learning. Scanfil has also very successfully engaged their local factories around the world in CSR. All this together has earned Scanfil a position as one of Sweden’s 100 Career Companies of 2016.”
Eva Klevås, Group HR Director at Scanfil had this to say about the award;
”We are happy and proud to be recognized as a Career Company 2016. It is a result of the work we have done at all sites, but also a reminder of what will be expected of us. The fact that we are about to start a leadership development program for middle management at all our sites has been something the selection commitee commended, in addition to the fact that our employees not only have the possibility, but also take the opportunity to take on challenges both within their own site as well as at other sites within Scanfil.”
