Each year Jobtip, a Swedish recruiting and career development firm, chooses the 100 most exciting companies in Sweden to work for. In this process thousands of companies are evaluated based on a number of criteria such as for example career and development opportunities, employee engagement, international reach etc. This year Scanfil has been selected as one of these companies.
The selection committee mentions the following about Scanfil:
“Scanfil has a global footprint with factories in Europe, Asia and USA with many interesting career opportunities for both short-term projects and longer assignments. The company excels in competence development with support from Scanfil Global Training and works smart with on-site training, Skype and e-learning.
