PKC Group Applies for Listing of 2012B Options

In accordance with decision by its Board of Directors, PKC Group has applied for listing of stock options 2012B of PKC Group Plc Stock Option Plan 2012 on Nasdaq Helsinki to commence on 1 April 2016.
A total of 170,000 2012B (i) and 170,000 2012B (ii) options were issued. It has been decided to convert all PKC Group 2012B (ii) options into PKC Group 2012B (i) options. As a result of the conversion, the number of 2012B (i) options amounts to 340,000 pcs. Each option entitles its holder to subscribe for one new share in the company or existing share held by the company. The share subscription price is €16.65 with the 2012B options. The share subscription period is 1 April 2016-30 April 2018.
As a result of the exercise of the outstanding options 2012B, the number of the company's shares may increase by a maximum of 340,000 new shares. New shares subscribed with options 2012B will be listed on the main list of the Nasdaq Helsinki together with the company's old shares after the new shares have been registered. Shares will establish shareholders rights as of the date of share registration.
