San Francisco Circuits, an industry leading single source solution for all PCB needs, announced the expansion of a new San Diego, California office.
The new location was selected after management noticed an increase of R&D in Southern California, primarily with higher reliability being of concern. The new location compliments the ability to provide stronger, more effective and efficient service to its existing customer base.
“The expansion to a new office was considered for a few years now and we decided that this was the perfect time and place. We’re excited to continue adding more team members to San Francisco Circuits to continue providing our customers with the customer service they’ve become accustomed to. With this new office, we plan on speeding up quote response time and, as always, we’ll continue providing high quality product on time,” said Sam Danovich, Vice President of Sales of San Francisco Circuits.
The new San Diego office will work closely with San Francisco Circuits headquarters in San Mateo, California.

Trouble in Your Tank: Yield Improvement and Reliability
05/22/2025 | Michael Carano -- Column: Trouble in Your TankThere’s a simple rule of business in manufacturing: “It is all about yields.” Higher yields for your products allow for increased profits and satisfied customers. When there are lower yields, overall cost to manufacture increases, and the additional time and strain on the factory floor affect the entire operation. Lower yields are often the result of “process drift,” when critical process parameters and specialized plating additives fall outside their acceptable ranges.
