This report finds that shipment volume of the Taiwanese small and medium size TFT-LCD panels dipped in the fourth quarter of 2015 to 283.3 million units, down 6.7% sequentially. The industry's shipment volume in the first quarter of 2016 is expected to continuously fall to 261.9 million units, down another 7.6% sequentially, due to seasonality and increasing production capacity of Chinese vendors.
