EMS Firm Inission Strengthens Services in Western Sweden

The merger of Inission’s activities in Sösdala and Malmö, Sweden, has just begun. Now, Inission’s board announces that in the fall, the company will also begin the merger of its operations in Borås and Göteborg. The feasibility study is completed and the results show clear profitability advantages in moving the operations in Göteborg to Borås factory, and thereby creating a powerful unit in Western Sweden.

“The merger is good news for us and our customers. We can benefit from each other’s knowledge and experience and we can use our resources better,” said Rolf Siltala, manager at Inission Göteborg. “Customers can then take part of the overall power and resources that our operations have. In connection with the merger, the customers will so far as possible, be involved in the process so that we get the intended synergies.”

Börje Nilsson, CEO of Onrox Borås, said, “We look forward to the merger. Prior to Inission’s purchase of Onrox Group, the collaboration worked perfectly. I am therefore convinced that it will go as well now. Rolf and I get along well and we will take the best from both companies and further develop the business in good Inission spirit.
