Technica USA to Host its Annual SMT Tech Forum Event

Technica USA and its SMT supply partners will be hosting their annual SMT Tech Forum, September 14 & 15 in San Jose, Calif., on the topic of "Building Reliability into your SMT Process."
This year's Tech Forum is focused around the reliability of electronics PCBAs. The morning session will be held at the Club Auto Sport Event Center, where a light breakfast and lunch will be provided. This will be followed by applicable machine demonstrations in the demo lab at Technica USA to demonstrate the topics presented in the morning sessions. Speakers from RBP Chemical, ASM Assembly Systems, HERAEUS and ERSA will be on hand to discuss aspects of the SMT assembly process, as well as the materials used, which can all affect the long-term reliability of a PCB during its lifecycle.
Technical presentations will be delivered by: Michael Carano, V.P. Technology and Business Development for RBP Chemical Technology; Jeff Schake, Senior Engineer at ASM Assembly Systems; James Wertin, Manager, Technical Sales and Applications Americas with Heraeus Electronics - Assembly Materials; and Ernie Grice, Vice President Sales for Kurtz ERSA North America.

Since the curriculum and agenda for both days of the event is the same, it allows our customers the flexibility to offer more of their employees the privilege of attending.
