Creative Materials Introduces UV-Curable Conductive Pressure Sensitive Adhesive
December 7, 2017 | Creative Materials, Inc.Estimated reading time: Less than a minute

Creative Materials introduces 127-41, a screen-printable UV-curable flexible anisotropic conductive pressure sensitive adhesive. Advantages of 127-41 are high peel strength, fast cure, 100 percent solids, and stability when exposed to heat and humidity. 127-41 is also reworkable, will not cure during component placement, and has low cycle times.
Typical applications include printed and medical electronics, RFID, touch screens, and electronic circuitry. Other applications are conductive splicing of ribbon cables, polymer thick film circuits, electrical attachment of surface-mounted devices, smart labels, and connector mounting. 127-41 can be used with pick and place equipment or chip shooters, as well as with thermode bonding technology. 121-41FP is the fine pitch version.
Creative Materials designs, develops, and custom manufactures specialty electronic inks and adhesives. The company holds both ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications. All products are manufactured in the USA.
