Omega EMS Acquires TeckQuest, Forms Subsidiary: Omega Green Power Corp (OGPC)

“I am pleased to announce our recent acquisition of TeckQuest and the formation of Omega Green Power Corporation (OGPC),” stated Chris Alessio, CEO of the Omega portfolio. “TeckQuest is a leading-edge energy storage solutions company founded by Aakar Patel in 2013. We are proud to introduce OGPC to the industry and excited to enter the expansive world of green power solutions. There will be several more press releases to come in the very near future regarding product solutions, service offerings, and exciting new partnerships….stay tuned."
OGPC is located within the facilities of Omega EMS in San Jose, CA and will leverage the existing Omega EMS expansive infrastructure and service platform which includes product design, materials & manufacturing solutions, and forward/reverse logistics flows. Omega holds key certifications including ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100, ESD2020 and ITAR.
