Barnhart is the founder and principal of CBA Consulting, and has been involved in the global EMS industry for over 35 years. He began his career as an electrical engineer and worked his way up through a succession of progressively senior positions leading to his election as a corporate officer in the F500. According to Barnhart, “Inovar has invested in and actively participates on a broad array of industry initiatives that have significantly deepened and enhanced its ability to craft solutions that are not typically available by companies of their scale.” Barnhart added, “Inovar may not be the largest company bidding on a project but in CBA’s experience, more often than not, they offer the best service, quality and value solution available.”
As a board member, Barnhart’s primary objective will be to help Inovar grow in footprint, capabilities and service innovation. Barnhart added, “While already a recognized industry leader in customer care, Inovar has always been committed to going to the next level in both relationship management and executional excellence.”
Finally, as the newest member of the Inovar Board of Directors, Barnhart concludes, “It is my absolute privilege to work with this Board that includes both Blake Kirby as Chairman and Kent Alder as our Vice Chairman, both virtual ‘industry legends’ that I’ve known and deeply respected for well over a decade.”

To stay competitive, they’ve utilized IPC’s workforce subscription and apprenticeship programs to train and maintain their staff. "Our relationship with IPC has evolved over the past several years," Allison says. "Initially, we saw IPC for its standards. But when I started attending the EMS Leadership Summit at APEX EXPO, I realized there was so much more to IPC, which opened more doors for us, creating growth and partnership opportunities I didn't realize were possible. For one, I like having frank conversations with EMS owners from other areas of the country, and I’m not worried they will steal my 'secret sauce.'"
