Quality Expert Victor Dominguez Joins Prototron's Quality Team

Dave Ryder, president of Prototron Circuits, has appointed industry quality expert Victor Dominguez to Prototron's quality team. Dominguez will be located in Prototron’s Tucson, Arizona facility.
Dominguez is a seasoned professional in corporate quality assurance. He held key management positions with a number of top electronics firms including Flextronics and Solectron. He is skilled in Lean management and in previous positions led teams in efforts to improve company performances with innovative management techniques. He also has special skills in cycle time management, TOC, Continuous Improvement Philosophy, and quality and production yield improvement (POD+POO).
Commenting on Dominguez’s appointment, Prototron Tucson General Manager Kim O’Neil said, “We are extremely excited to have someone of Victor’s skills, experience and knowledge join the Prototron team. We look forward to Victor’s participation as we continue to increase our technology levels and attain more Certifications such as MIL-PRF-31032 and AS 9100.”
