Jabil Releases Social and Environmental Responsibility Report

Jabil Circuit Inc. has released its Fiscal 2015 Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Report detailing the company's global SER strategy and performance.

This is the third year the company has released a SER Report, which follows GRI G4 guidelines. Highlights include:

• Receiving conflict minerals declarations from nearly 4,000 suppliers, achieving 94% of the company's goal.
• Reducing the total recordable injury rate — which includes all injuries and illnesses that require medical attention beyond first aid — to 0.25, a 15% reduction from Fiscal 2014.
• Impacted more than 240,000 colleagues, family and community members in Asia with critical health knowledge through the HERhealth program.
• Reducing emissions intensity by 4.5%.
