NCAB Group USA to Hold PCB Technology Open House in Irving, Texas Office

Kathy Nargi-Toth, Vice President of Technology and Andy Nguyen, Field Application Engineer, both of NCAB Group USA, will present on three PCB technology topics at an open house on Wednesday, May 24. The event will include a catered lunch in their Irving, Texas office located at 433 E. Las Colinas Blvd. All are welcome to join. The full schedule is below.
- 10:30 AM – Andy Nguyen presents “PCB101” – basics of PCB manufacturing processes, including material selections and board finishes
- 12:00 Noon – Lunch (Catered)
- 1:00 PM – Kathy Nargi-Toth presents “DFM / Improving Manufacturability” – steps through 12 design for manufacturing considerations to improve manufacturing success
- 2:30 PM – Kathy Nargi-Toth presents “Cost Drivers” – PCB materials, design considerations and their impact on board cost
Kathy has worked in the industry for a number of years in job functions including Engineering Manager for a multilayer PCB manufacturer, Technical Marketing Manager for a specialty laminate and chemical supplier, Global Business Development Director for a supplier to the connector industry and Editor for Printed Circuit Design and Fab magazine. She currently heads the quality systems and engineering groups for NCAB Group, a supply chain management company with 14 offices located in Europe, Asia and USA. She is Six Sigma Black Belt Certified, Certified IPC-A-600 Trainer and Certified IPC-6012 Trainer.
Andy has been in the industry for years as a PCB Designer for multilayer, HDI, rigid-flex, and RF PCB manufacturers. He migrated to the Engineering and Pre-Production side to enhance his knowledge of the PCB manufacturing process. After many years working at DDI Corp, Viasystems, and TTM, he now applies his knowledge as a Field Application Engineer at NCAB Group in continuation to strengthen and to uphold the company’s quality first initiative, strong relationship, and full responsibility for all current and future customers.
