Petri Suikkanen Appointed Interim President and CEO of Enics

President and CEO Hannu Keinänen is leaving Enics in the end of year 2018. Petri Suikkanen, currently SVP and CFO, is appointed interim president and CEO of Enics from January 1, 2019 onwards.
Suikkanen has been part of Enics management team since the foundation of the company in 2004. During his career spanning over 20 years, Petri has held various leadership positions in Switzerland, Finland, and Hungary.
“Enics is in a good position to continue the successful journey with our great customers and partners. I am happy to be able to contribute to this journey in my new position as interim president and CEO. We will be working together with our team to further develop the customer centricity and service offering of Enics to drive the sustainable success of our customers,” says Suikkanen.
Keinänen’s last day in Enics is December 31, 2018. “Six years in Enics has been an interesting and inspiring journey,” says Hannu Keinänen. “Enics has been growing, we have been able to improve the productivity and profitability of the company with good initiatives and hard work. Enics business unit network has been adjusted to respond to the needs of the rapidly changing markets. The latest work with the strategy update is taking Enics to the next level, driving the sustainable success of our customers. I’m leaving Enics in good situation and in good hands, ready to take the next step in growth and success.”

The decline also affected the operating profit, which was DKK 155 million compared to DKK 179 million in the same quarter last year, although the EBITDA margin was maintained.
