Libra Industries Unveils New Powder Coat Line in Guaymas Facility

Libra Industries, a valued portfolio company of CW Industrial Partners (CWI), is thrilled to announce the launch of its cutting-edge Powder Coat paint line in their Guaymas, Mexico factory, adding surface finishing capabilities and services.

This state-of-the-art powder coating service represents a significant advancement in Libra Industries' surface finishing capabilities, designed to provide exceptional quality and quick turnaround for a wide range of applications. The facility boasts an impressive array of features, including a large application Conveyor booth and computer-controlled curing oven with the capacity to handle objects up to 3ft x 5ft x 9ft. With a variable speed conveyor line running at a rate of up to 6ft per minute, and a batch system comprising two paint booths and two curing ovens, the facility is poised to deliver unparalleled efficiency.
The powder coating process, a sustainable alternative to traditional wet painting, leverages top-of-the-line powders and cutting-edge equipment to achieve finishes that are both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Libra Industries is dedicated to providing quick turnarounds for small orders, high-volume production, high-temperature coatings, and multi-coat applications.
Material preparation at the facility includes an array of essential steps such as degreasing, di-water treatments, and Zirconium (Zr) coating. With this facility, Libra Industries aims to set new standards for quality, versatility, and efficiency in the field of surface finishing.
