The ready-to-use understencil wipe KYZEN E5631J is a safe and effective alternative to isopropyl alcohol (IPA) for the removal of raw solder paste from stencils in both online and offline cleaning processes. E5631J is compatible with common stencils, cleaning equipment, and printer manufacturers while remaining cost-effective by quickly and efficiently cleaning all types of raw solder pastes.
The KYZEN ANALYST2 is an advanced system that incorporates customer feedback for enhanced performance and utilizes sonic velocity technology for real-time concentration measurement. Unlike other sonic velocity instruments, the ANALYST2 provides more precise measurements by directly measuring concentration, offering fast and stable readings independent of the liquid's conductivity, color, or transparency. With a 0.1% resolution, the ANALYST2 is compatible with over 60 cleaning solutions, extending its utility beyond KYZEN chemistries.
