Hon Hai Product Chief Xiao Caiyou Elected as Member of the Board of Directors of the NAM

Hon Hai Technology Group, the world’s largest technology manufacturing and service provider, announced that Jerry Hsiao, Chief Product Officer and General Manager of the U.S. Regional Headquarters, has been invited by the National Association of Manufacturers ( NAM ) to officially join the NAM Board of Directors to help promote the competitiveness of the U.S. manufacturing industry and related policy initiatives.
As the largest and most influential manufacturing association in the United States, NAM was founded in 1895 and is composed of leaders from various industries. It is responsible for promoting policies, industrial development, talent education, digital transformation and other missions. NAM has more than 200 board members , all of whom are top manufacturing executives in the United States, covering all industries, including large and small and medium-sized enterprises, of which about 80% are from Fortune 100 manufacturing companies. In the future, Xiao Caiyou will work with other industry representatives to promote more forward-looking industrial policies and strengthen the global competitive advantage of the U.S. manufacturing industry.

The U.S. manufacturing industry is at a critical inflection point, and NAM is calling on the federal government to put forward a clear, actionable, and common-sense strategy to promote investment in the United States and enhance our overall competitiveness and success.
