Semtech Corporation, a leading provider of high-performance semiconductor, Internet of Things (IoT) systems and cloud connectivity service solutions, released its 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility Report, highlighting meaningful progress across environmental, social and governance initiatives that strengthen the company's competitive position while advancing sustainable innovation. The technology industry continues to balance rapid growth with environmental responsibility as enterprise customers and regulatory frameworks increasingly prioritize sustainability in supplier selection.

- Climate Leadership: Preparing to submit science-based targets in 2026, targeting substantial greenhouse gas reductions aligned with 1.5°C pathways and net-zero by 2050
- Product Innovation: More than 30% of global IoT LPWAN connections powered by Semtech’s LoRa® technology, enabling resource conservation across industries
- Operational Excellence: Achieved ISO 14001:2015 certification at three key facilities while implementing energy efficiency improvements across 33 global locations
- Workforce Development: Employee engagement increased from 57% to 68% with launch of Emerging Leaders Class of 2025 program
Supply Chain and Financial Performance
The initiatives complement Semtech's strong financial performance, with $868.8 million in fiscal 2024 revenue and a diversified global presence that enhances supply chain resilience.
All suppliers must adhere to Responsible Business Alliance standards, with more than 100 suppliers participating in conflict minerals due diligence programs. The company maintains rigorous compliance with environmental regulations including REACH, RoHS and TSCA.
