Lista to Acquire Assets of Arbell

Holliston, Mass. and Canada -- Lista U.S. Holding, the parent company of Lista International Corp., has agreed to purchase the assets of Arbell Inc., effective November 1, 2002.
The company will now be known as Arbell International Corp.
Arbell's Arlink Division workstation line designs and produces ergonomic modular workstations, technical furniture and material handling systems. The Arbell Distributor Products Division is a leading Canadian national distributor and manufacturer's representative for equipment, supplies and materials used in the manufacture, assembly and repair of circuit boards and related equipment.
