ZESTRON to Hold 5-part Cleaning Webinar Series

ZESTRON has announced the first installment in the 2015 5-Part Cleaning Webinar Series titled "Defluxing in a No-clean and OA world".
This free-of-charge webinar is scheduled for February 6 at 3:00 pm (MYT). GT Yeoh, Senior Application Engineer, will present the 45-minute webinar that concludes with a 15 minute Q&A session.
Yeoh will provide insight on why the cleaning process is essential during the assembly process, and how electrochemical migration and leakage currents can lead to in-field failures.
Additionally, the webinar will inform about the limitations of using only DI-water in lead-free processes, and provide solutions to fully remove surface contamination.
