In addition, Alpha will feature material set combinations to include paste, tacky flux, cored wire and wave soldering flux that are tested with one another to achieve greater reliability. These pairings, which were tested to IPC TM650 2.6.3.7/J-STD 004B requirements, will save customers a great deal of trial and error while increasing their throughput and time-to-market.
