Cirtronics Announces Advanced Integrated Documentation Upgrade
December 16, 2016 | Cirtronics CorporationEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Cirtronics Corp. has upgraded its Factory Logix ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software (by Aegis) to provide a faster and more adaptable onboarding process to Cirtronics’ customers.
The Cirtronics Onboarding Process was designed specifically to support the proactive capture of observations and identification of information gaps communicated to the customer.
This Onboarding Process is captured in Cirtronics' integrated databases, and serves as a mechanism to seamlessly, methodically and comprehensively Plan, Execute, Verify, Deliver and Improve (PDCAI) for transfer of customer program(s) and product(s) to manufacturing from project initiation.
"An integral feature of the software is the real-time data collection, quality, traceability, and enhanced reporting. Having the ability to review this data in real time is a tremendous asset to manufacturing, the Corporation and our customers," says David Patterson, Cirtronics’ Chief Operating Office. "This upgrade supports us during onboarding and allows us more sophisticated serialization for box builds."
Combining over 37 years of manufacturing experience with cutting edge technical capabilities, quality-mindedness, and a dedication to cultivating proactive and positive customer relationships through Precision Engagement, Cirtronics is in the business of building confidence well as products.
Cirtronics is a locally owned and operated contract manufacturer for electronics, electro-mechanical assemblies and box builds for a wide range markets including med/tech, robotics, communications, aerospace, military, security, industry, and others. Cirtronics is an Employee Owned Company (ESOP) and qualifies for US government woman-owned and small business status (WBENC certified WBE & WOSB).
