BTU to Introduce PYRAMAX ZeroTurn at IPC APEX EXPO 2017
January 10, 2017 | BTU International, Inc.Estimated reading time: 1 minute
BTU International Inc. will make a major new product introduction at the 2017 IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place February 14-16, 2017 at the San Diego Convention Center in California. BTU will introduce the PYRAMAX ZeroTurn Dual Chamber system in Booth 835.
"The new PYRAMAX ZeroTurn not only allows our customers to get more out of their reflow oven, but it allows them to get more out of their whole factory," said Bob Bouchard, corporate marketing manager of BTU International. "Never again will the SMT line wait for the reflow oven to change recipes. And this benefit comes with zero process sacrifice. Due to the robust construction of the ZeroTurn, we maintain our industry-leading cross-belt thermal uniformity."
The PYRAMAX ZeroTurn is designed for high-volume electronics manufacturers who also must manage process mix and are dissatisfied with the poor process separation of other dual-chamber machines. The true dual-chamber machine eliminates turnaround/waiting time when switching thermal profiles. Unlike the competition, the ZeroTurn has the industry's best thermal isolation between chambers, allowing for precise process control and unaffected thermal uniformity.
BTU also will showcase its technology-leading Industry 4.0 solutions and offer hands-on demonstrations. These technologies include line control and communications, recipe development, and energy savings software solutions.
