The Importance of Feedback in the Electronics Assembly Supply Chain

                                                                    Any customer feedback is a good feedback, whether it is good or bad, because it often pushes the supplier or manufacturer to improve or do even better. However, the problem in the electronics assembly supply chain is that customers often do not give feedback.
According to our recent survey, a quarter of the respondents say that only 25% of their customers provide them with feedback. They even noted that customers only give feedback when it is negative.
