Libra Industries is pleased to announce the promotion of Charles Swanson to the position of Sr. Test/Manufacturing/Quality Engineer. In his new role, Swanson will be training in multiple departments and will report to the company’s Quality Manager, Mike Lynch.
Swanson joined Libra Industries more than 12 years ago and has held various positions at the company, from selective and wave operator, 2nd shift supervisor and currently is a manufacturing engineer.
Swanson is a graduate of DeVry University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science Electronics and Computer Technology/Technical management with a concentration in Controls. Additionally, he is a SMTA Certified Surface mount Technology Process Engineer (CSMTPE) and received his Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Akron.
