AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik Aktiengesellschaft was informed by Androsch Privatstiftung, based in Vienna, Austria, that according to a major holdings notification pursuant to sec. 135 para. 2 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, increased their combined holdings of AT&S stock.
By now, they jointly hold 17.55% (before: 16.30%) of the voting rights (total number of voting rights: 38,850,000) of AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik Aktiengesellschaft.
