Scienscope to Demo Its Full Lineup of X-ray Systems and Component Counters at APEX
January 7, 2020 | Scienscope InternationalEstimated reading time: 2 minutes
Scienscope International, a leading American supplier of cabinet style micro-focus X-ray systems, will exhibit in Booth #2536 at the 2020 IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place Feb. 4-6, 2020 at the San Diego Convention Center in California. The company will showcase its X-ray inspection line, including the X-Scope 1800, X-Scope 2000, X-Scope 3000 and X-Spection 6000, along with its award-winning component counters, which will include the AXI-5100c II, AXC-800 III and AXC-800 II 7’’.
The X-Scope 1800 X-ray Inspection System is an entry level machine with high level features. A micro-focus X-ray source and CMOS digital flat panel image detector with tilting for oblique angle views are standard, all at an affordable price.
The X-Scope 2000 X-ray Inspection System is a full featured high-performance X-ray inspection instrument with an unbeatable price to performance ratio which includes all of the advanced features you would expect to find on a much more expensive X-ray inspection system.
The X-Scope 3000 X-ray Inspection System is the latest addition to the X-Scope platform. Based on the very popular X-SCOPE 2000, it adds a larger working area, more power and can use the same 130kV X-Ray source found in our flagship model, X-Spection 6000.
The X-Spection 6000 is Scienscope’s most technologically advanced X-ray Inspection System. As with all X-SCOPE platforms, it includes every advanced s/w tool required for a wide variety of applications. With more tilt and a rotating work table, the X-Spection 6000 is the ultimate in flexibility.
The Scienscope AXI-5100c II is an advanced, automated component counting system, featuring an automatic loader and label printer. This fully automated system communicates with data management providing complete inventory control and by using an inline integrated conveyor system, it counts components faster than any system on the planet.
The Scienscope AXC-800 III makes inventory management and component counting even faster, more accurate and easier than ever before. Simply place reels in the system, close the door and the count begins automatically. Within 23 seconds the AXC-800 III Component Counter completes the task of counting four 7” reels and within 16 seconds it completes the task of counting 1 large 13”-15” reel. This system features an internal barcode scanner and a reel removal sensor for automatic label printing.
The Scienscope AXC-800 II makes inventory management and component counting fast, accurate and easy. Simply place reels in the system, close the door and the count begins automatically. This component counter features an internal barcode scanner which eliminates the need of manual scanning.
Scienscope component counters can help save time, save money, reduce labor and avoid the dreaded “line down” scenario due to lack of a component. Visit Booth #2536 during the IPC APEX EXPO to learn how!
