Hentec/RPS Launches Updated Website
October 14, 2020 | Hentec Industries Inc.Estimated reading time: Less than a minute

Hentec Industries/RPS Automation is excited to announce the launch of their newly updated website. The website address has stayed the same at www.rpsautomation.com, but the layout has been completely re-vamped.
Tara Pratt, the marketing manager, was able to take customer and employee feedback to create the new design. She specifically wanted the website to be easy to use and visually pleasing. “I wanted to do a complete overhaul of the website, including making it cleaner and simpler to use. The site now allows consumers to easily access the information they need and want,” says Tara.
At the simplified site, you will find updated branding, photos, and product information. The site will also feature a new integrated support ticketing and helpdesk feature that will allow Hentec/RPS customers to search a database of help knowledge, as well as issue support tickets using the Mojo Helpdesk addition.
