Libra Industries Appoints Bruce Parisey Senior Director of Operations at Libra – Dayton SI

Libra Industries, a privately-held systems integration and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, has named Bruce Parisey Senior Director of Operations of Libra Dayton SI.
Jim Kircher, CEO, commented, “Bruce is an outstanding addition to the team. He is a well experienced manufacturing leader, with more than decades of experience in a variety of manufacturing environments.”
Parisey’s background is broad and deep, having held positions as a Test Engineer, Assistant Manufacturing Manager, Test Engineering Manager, Workcell Manager, Global Test Manager, Senior Operations Development Manager, Operations Director and Senior Director of Operational Development. His background includes lengthy stints at both Benchmark and Jabil. Parisey also is a US Army Veteran. He will be moving to Dayton with his wife Judi.
