Innovative Dispensing Solutions from PVA at Smart SMT & PCB Assembly Show

PVA, a global supplier of automated dispensing and coating equipment, today announced plans to exhibit with its distributor, AlphaGlobal, at the Smart SMT & PCB Assembly show, scheduled to take place April 6-8, 2022 at the Suwon Convention Center in South Korea. Paul Kim, Regional Sales Manager for Asia Pacific, will discuss PVA’s complete range of coating and dispensing capabilities, including its new 5th Axis Tilt feature and Valve Tool Changer.
PVA is a world-class innovator of high-quality, repeatable dispensing and conformal coating systems. The company manufactures turnkey solutions that help customers improve their competitiveness, such as coating inspection, optical bonding and curing ovens.
PVA’s new 5th Axis Tilt feature is a motorized programmable tilt that can be configured to adjust to any angle between -50°50°. This flexibility allows greater part accessibility for more accurate dispense and spray processes.
The Valve Tool Changer feature can accommodate four additional valves in the machine that can be automatically picked up and used at any time. Users now can increase the number of applications each machine can satisfy without sacrificing valuable work area.
PVA representatives will be available to answer questions about coating and dispensing, as well as other application solutions in the PVA lineup such as coating inspection, optical bonding and curing ovens.
