Creating a Culture of Collaboration
PCB designers could learn quite a bit from NASA and the private companies that develop spacecraft: Every one of these vehicles is a testament to the value of collaboration among disparate stakeholders. Without a collaborative culture, the rocket might never get off the ground.
Breaking High-speed Material Constraints

Today, May 30, is a federal holiday in the United States, and the unofficial beginning of summer. Memorial Day dates back to the years after the Civil War. On May 5, 1868, General John Logan, commander of the Grand Army of the republic, proclaimed May 30 to be Decoration Day.
His proclamation read, “The 30th of May, 1868, is designated for the purpose of strewing with flowers, or otherwise decorating the graves of comrades who died in defense of their country during the late rebellion, and whose bodies now lie in almost every city, village and hamlet churchyard in the land."
On that first Decoration Day, thousands of people decorated the graves of 20,000 Union and Confederate soldiers buried at Arlington Cemetery while future president General James Garfield delivered a speech. Congress passed the National Holiday Act of 1971, which set the last Monday in May as Memorial Day, now recognized as a federal holiday.
I-Connect007 wishes you all a happy Memorial Day.

Yet electronics are so ubiquitous that they have become like "salt in the sea," says Pierre-Jean Albrieux, president of IFTEC, a French company and resources and training center specializing in the manufacturing processes of electronics (PCBA, PCB, and design). “It is present everywhere, so we end up not seeing it anymore.”

She knew other Girl Scouts planted themselves in front of grocery stores, and they did well. The previous year she had done the same thing but discovered a problem: People didn’t want to buy cookies on the way into the store, and on their way out, there was a chance they’d already bought some from the wide variety available. So, she put on her thinking cap and set herself up in front of the newly opened marijuana store, and yes, she sold more cookies than anyone else.
