Alpha Circuit Corporation Opts for Automated G90L Flying Probe Tester from Gardien
February 21, 2024 | Gardien GroupEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Gardien Group is pleased to announce the installation of the Automated G90L Flying Probe Tester at Alpha Circuit Corp.
President and CEO Prashant Patel was quoted as saying, “The addition of the new tester enhances our throughput capability in electrical test. The machine’s high accuracy, coupled with the advanced software enhancements, allow us to test today’s complex PCBs. The new Automated G90L frees up operator time with its ability to be loaded with multiple panels/jobs and left to operate unattended. The large format also allows us to test full production panels utilizing the larger than average test area.”
Gardien's state-of-the-art G90 line of Flying Probe test systems allow for high accuracy, high speed, as well as either standard or custom test areas depending on the required application. When coupled with their FPX advanced test software, the system can adapt to a wide variety of test articles and situations. With options such as 4-Wire Kelvin, Hi-pot, Inductance, and Insulation testing, the G90 line can meet almost any test need, now and into the future. Adding the optional automated load/unload, pass/fail automation provides “Lights Out” solutions for around the clock operations.
