TT Electronics, a global provider of engineered electronics for performance critical applications, announced the launch of its new TAA 240-27C 12V/24V Dual Output Power Supply. This cutting-edge power supply delivers the highest output wattage on the market for a 12V/24V dual output, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of applications.
Designed with efficiency and reliability in mind, the TAA 240-27C power supply boasts a high efficiency of up to 90% and includes active Power Factor Correction (PFC) for optimal performance. Its compact size of 6.0” x 4.18” x 1.54” makes it easy to integrate into various systems without sacrificing power output. Additionally, the power supply is equipped with 27kV ESD immunity, ensuring operational continuity and reliability in demanding environments.
Key applications for the TAA 240-27C include wireless communications, automatic ordering kiosks, ATM machines, and vending machines. The power supply is safety approved to UL/IEC/EN 62368-1 and offers comprehensive protection features such as short circuit, over voltage, over temperature, and overpower protection. Customers can choose between natural convection or 18CFM forced air cooling methods to meet their specific thermal requirements.
“We are excited to introduce our new TAA 240-27C to the market,” said Steve Magee, Sales Director at TT Electronics. “Our TAA 240-27C delivers unmatched power density and efficiency, enabling system designers to optimize performance while reducing the overall system size and number of components, also simplifying the design and assembly process.”
