Scanfil Suzhou has once again received not one but two valued awards from Danfoss. The team has been honored with the Best Delivery Supplier award by Danfoss Drives and the Best Service Supplier award by Danfoss Power Solution. This remarkable achievement marks the third accolade from Danfoss during this summer, highlighting a consistent pattern of excellence and dedication.
The Best Delivery Supplier award is a testament to Scanfil Suzhou’s support to Danfoss Drives, even during fluctuating market conditions. “I represented the team when collecting the award, but I would emphasize that it is our cross-functional team that earned the award through their relentless work and strong customer focus,” says Christian Kesten, the Managing Director of Scanfil Suzhou.
In addition to this, Scanfil Suzhou was also celebrated with the Best Service Supplier award. This recognition comes due to their robust assistance with Danfoss Power Solution during a transition of business from another EMS provider for existing products. The award highlighted their efficient NPI process, prompt and pertinent feedback, and adaptability as critical factors in their service excellence.
The third award Scanfil Suzhou received already in April 2024 from Danfoss Sensing Solutions. Then Scanfil’s performance was evaluated in three categories: delivery performance, quality, and customer service.
These awards are a testament to the excellence and dedication of the Scanfil Suzhou team. Their outstanding service and quality have made a significant impact on Danfoss, one of their key customers in the industrial sector.
