This collaboration will support the U.S. Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and government customers, ensuring Keysight’s leading-edge tools and technologies are ready for mission-critical projects and programs that support national security.
Keysight has delivered custom, standard, and “build-to-print” automated Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and test solutions to major defense contractors and the U.S. government for many years. These solutions include EDA software, integrated test stations, manufacturing automation, radio frequency signal routing and conditioning software, and intellectual property management. With applications spanning radars, aircraft, satellites, spacecraft, surveillance, military, and communications systems supporting combat.
The Intel Foundry Accelerator USMAG Alliance, built on Intel Foundry’s leadership role in the U.S. Department of Defense Rapid Assured Microelectronics Prototypes – Commercial (RAMP-C) program, ensures that EDA tools and solutions are optimized to deliver secure design methodologies while meeting the requirements of Intel Foundry’s process design kits.
Suk Lee, Vice President & General Manager of Ecosystem Technology Office at Intel Foundry, said, “Joining the Intel Foundry Accelerator USMAG Alliance enables members to access our process technology, benefit from a powerful ecosystem of industry-leading partners, and get support for U.S.-based manufacturing at Intel Foundry, while aligning with strategic domestic initiatives for DIB customers. Building on our established relationship with Keysight, we are pleased to see they are extending the collaboration by joining the USMAG Alliance, which provides customers access to Keysight's portfolio of EDA tools, IP, and software for various MAG-related applications.”
Niels Faché, Vice President and General Manager, Keysight’s Design Engineering Software, said: “Keysight's participation in the Intel Foundry USMAG Alliance marks a significant milestone in our commitment to supporting the U.S. Defense Industrial Base and government customers. By joining this alliance, we're reinforcing our dedication to providing secure, cutting-edge EDA tools and technologies crucial for mission-critical national security projects. Through this collaboration, we're expanding our federal presence and ensuring that our tools are optimized for Intel Foundry's process design kits, ultimately enabling more efficient and secure design methodologies for military, aerospace, and government applications.”
