atg Luther Maelzer to Showcase Latest Generation Large Format Flying Probe Test Systems at IPC APEX EXPO 2025
March 11, 2025 | atg Luther & MaelzerEstimated reading time: Less than a minute

atg Luther Maelzer will showcase their latest technology, the A9L, at the upcoming IPC APEX EXPO. The A9L will be on display from March 18 – 20 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Booth 3934.
The A9L is atg’s next generation large format flying probe system. This underlines the demand of customers to move towards testing larger product sizes. The A9L has the capability to handle products up to 36” x 26” (915 mm x 660 mm). The A9L features 8 test heads driven by the latest linear drive technology for highest speed of up to 230 measurements/seconds.
atg’s A9L eliminates limitations due to test point density or fine-pitch contacts down to 35um and features embedded component test, 4-wire Kelvin measurement capability with an accuracy of +/- 0,025 mΩ, HPOT and latent defect testing.
Visit atg in Booth 3934 on the show floor to see the A9L in action.
