Seika's New Sayaka SAM-CT34XZ Router Boosts Throughput with Dual Tables and Bottom-Side Cutting

Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, is excited to announce the release of the Sayaka SAM-CT34XZ Twin-Table Router, the newest addition to its lineup of high-precision PCB depaneling solutions. This next-generation system stands out from conventional routers with its innovative bottom-side cutting capability, making it ideal for complex boards with tall top-side components.

Engineered by Sayaka, the SAM-CT34XZ is designed to improve production flexibility, precision, and efficiency. Unlike traditional top-side routing systems, this model allows manufacturers to safely depanel boards with tall connectors or components on the top side—cutting from the bottom to preserve clearance and component integrity. This capability is particularly valuable in high-reliability sectors such as automotive, industrial, and power electronics manufacturing.

The system also features a dual-table configuration, allowing for continuous operation by loading and unloading boards on alternating tables. Combined with automatic router-bit changes, blade diameter measurement, jig sensors, and image-processing camera teaching, the SAM-CT34XZ delivers advanced automation and high-precision results while reducing downtime.

The system is also compatible with DXF-based teaching, QR code reading for jig recognition, and traceability options, making it ideal for fully automated lines.
