Mycronic Receives Order for a Prexision 8 Evo

Mycronic AB has received a replacement order for a Prexision 8 Evo from an existing customer in Asia. The order value is in the range of USD 14-16 million. Delivery of the system is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
The Prexision 8 Evo mask writer meets the market’s requirements regarding complex patterns for display photomasks.
“Mycronic’s trade-in program supports customers in modernizing their installed base, to secure continued high-quality production of complex photomasks for the display industry”, says Charlott Samuelsson, Sr VP Pattern Generators at Mycronic.
Mycronic’s Pattern Generators division provides mask writers and metrology systems for display manufacturing and production of semiconductors.
